The cause of such damage to the heart muscle can be toxic effects, functional overload, hypoxia, ionic balance disorders, dyshormonal disorders, beriberi [2, 6, 8, 9].

The course of anaphylactic shock against the background of heparin and some aspects of the clinical use of heparin

Krasnoperov F.T., Galkina E.B.

Abstract

Heparin is credited with the role of one of the inhibitors of allergic reactions. Hence the attempt by various authors to elucidate the effect of heparin on the development of anaphylactic shock is understandable. VP Kaznacheev (1960) sensitized 25 guinea pigs with the introduction of human serum. For 10-14 minutes. before the introduction of a permissive dose of serum, he injected each pig with heparin intravenously at a dose of 1000-2000 IU per kg of body weight. In 10 minutes. all animals died from anaphylactic shock. It was concluded that heparin does not inhibit the development of anaphylactic shock in guinea pigs.

Numerous clinical observations have not confirmed the effectiveness of these food regimes.

Mihailova A.H.

Abstract

The leading place in the diagnosis of the activity of the rheumatic process belongs to the clinical manifestations of the disease. However, at present, latent and subclinical forms of the disease predominate, and therefore much attention has been paid to laboratory diagnostic methods. The tendency of rheumatism to (chronic and recurrent course gives reason to consider it from the point of view of immunopathology as an autoaggressive disease, therefore, methods have become widespread that allow directly or indirectly determining antibodies circulating in the blood.

Abstract

Despite the progress achieved in studying the problem of infectious nonspecific polyarthritis, the treatment of those suffering from this disease is still very difficult. An important stage in the treatment of patients with infectious nonspecific polyarthritis is spa treatment.

Abstract

Hormonal drugs are widely used in the treatment of rheumatism. It is known that corticosteroids, being substances of catabolic action, cause suppression of immunological reactions. In this case, in some cases, it is possible "to reduce the general defenses of the organism. In recent years, in the treatment of a number of diseases, anabolic steroids are often used simultaneously with corticosteroids. At the same time, according to the conclusion of B. Ya. Reznik and M. S. Dats-Epstein, anabolic drugs cannot replace any drugs and are only an addition to the usual complex therapy.

Abstract

Sudden cardiac arrest is a formidable complication of surgery, pain relief and some diagnostic procedures. One of the many reasons for its occurrence may be a change in the position of the patient during general anesthesia. Postural asystole usually occurs with potentiated anesthesia, as well as in patients with lesions of the spinal cord and spine, with cardiovascular diseases. Most often, asystole is observed in response to the rotation of anesthetized patients into one of the lateral positions.
