Professiogram of a tractor driver
Abstract
Analysis and knowledge of labor professions is a necessary prerequisite for long. study of the regime of work and rest. Only a thorough knowledge of the profession makes it possible to outline the correct methodology for professional selection. In the study of the profession, they mainly use three methods: observation, polling, and the synthetic labor method. Each of these methods has its own weaknesses. It must be assumed that the most accurate description of the profession is obtained when using a complex methodology, when combining the data of the labor method with interviews and observations. Our methodology was as follows: after spontaneous observations, we moved on to systematic observations, taking in our field of vision both a beginner and a tractor driver who had been trained in a certain process of work (plowing, disking, harvesting).

On the issue of the spread of brucellosis in the city of Sverdlovsket

Until 1930, the Ural region was considered free from brucellosis diseases. In 1931, an endemic focus of Maltese fever was discovered for the first time in the Bredinsky district at the Sheep Breeder state farm. The transmitters of the infection were sheep transported to this state farm from the North Caucasus. In 1932, endemic centers were also identified in the Kizpl, Zverinogolovsky and Kurgan districts. data and limited our information about brucellosis in the Ural region.

On the question of the complement binding reaction in brucellosis
Abstract
The complement fixation reaction has long been recommended by many researchers for the diagnosis of brucellosis diseases. So, Rorre Rettger, White, Zeller, Karsten, Lentz and others believe that the simultaneous use of the agglutination reaction and the complement fixation reaction is the most reliable way to detect the Kantian infection. The same authors point out that in some cases the complement fixation reaction is superior to the agglutination reaction.

Landry's rabies and paralysis
Abstract
In recent years, more and more generalizations have begun to be made between clinically different diseases caused by filterable and ultramicroscopic viruses. Such Schiikrin Spatz point to the similarity of the pathological and anatomical picture between rabies and acute epidemic encephalitis, which is so great that without knowledge of the anamnesis and clinical course, it is impossible to know which disease is in question.

Clinical value of the Takata-Ara fuchsin-sublimate reaction in the study of cerebrospinal fluid
Abstract
It is known how important, sometimes decisive, data from studies of cerebrospinal fluid are in the recognition of neuro-mental diseases. Hence the interest in all kinds of research in the field of biochemical and other studies of cerebrospinal fluid is understandable. During the most recent time, a number of new reactions have been proposed and some of them have proved to be very valuable and have acquired the full right of citizenship.

Clinical and experimental observations on the treatment with chlorcalcine magnesium sulfate (MgSO4)

Experience of tuberculous skin lesions treated with the metal antagen Negreu Boquef
Abstract
In dermatology, the group of tuberculous skin diseases is extensive and clinically extremely diverse. It is now well known that lupus vulgaris, erythema indur. Bazin, lichen scrophulosorum, tuberculosis verrucosa cutis, scrophuloderma, lupus miliaris disseminatus are only morphological varieties of the same tuberculous process in the skin. Koch's work showed that not only bacteria can be the cause of the disease, but also their waste products — toxins.

New devices for blood transfusion, local anesthesia and other medical and technical purposes
Abstract
Every year there is a growing interest in the issue of blood transfusion and local anesthesia. Thanks to the colossal advances achieved by medicine in these areas, we are able to use these methods in surgical practice. However, a big hindrance to the widespread use of these methods is still the complexity of techniques that require special knowledge. The equipment currently used for blood transfusion and local anesthesia does not fully meet the required tasks, complicates the technique of producing blood transfusion and local anesthesia, and also lengthens the production time.

About rhinoscleroma
Abstract
Since the Viennese dermatologist Gebra (in 1870) first described rhinoscleroma, the issue of this disease has been highlighted many times in the literature. However, until now, rhinoscleroma has not lost interest, since this disease is relatively rare, very insufficiently studied and, at the same time, characterized by severe and sometimes sad consequences for the patient. The very important issue of finding focal sites of scleroma has not yet been studied.

Operation Denig'a and indications for its use

The clinical significance of coal preparations
Abstract
The use of coal preparations in medicine has now become widespread. Coal, especially activated coal, has the ability to absorb enzymes and antienzymes in significant quantities and a high ability to adsorb gaseous, vaporous and dissolved substances. This ability is a consequence of the highly developed specific surface area and the corresponding nature of the porosity of coal, which favors capillary condensation.

Symptoms of dullness and retraction of the eye in pulmonary tuberculosis

Allergic inflammation
Abstract
Relatively not so long ago, the doctrine of the inflammatory response was enriched by the concept of "allergic inflammation" (von Pirquet 1907-08). However, the subsequent experimental and clinical study of these inflammatory forms has deepened our understanding of the pathogenesis of each inflammatory reaction so much that it can rightfully be called a stage in the new history of inflammation. From time immemorial, the doctor knew the variety of forms of development and course of inflammation. The construction of these numerous modifications of inflammation in most cases remained unclear. In his practice, each doctor encounters forms of extremely rapidly developing inflammation. Notae verae inflammationis is especially prominent in these cases. Tissue lesions end in necrosis. This one symptom already indicates the rapid development of this form of inflammation. But the rate of its formation can also be registered when studying other inflammatory signs preceding necrosis. A characteristic feature of the development of a normal skin test in an allergic person is the appearance within the first half an hour, literally "before the eyes" of the observer, hyperemia, edema on the periphery of the injection and even infiltration at the injection site.

An attempt is made to explain the origin of the tremor of hydatids in echinococcus by Emm. Kondoleon and E. Dragonas (Zentrlblatt f. Chir. 1933. No. 36)
Abstract
An attempt is made to explain the origin of the tremor of hydatids in echinococcus by Emm. Kondoleon and E. Dragonas (Zentrlblatt f. Chir. 1933. No. 36) by the difference in the specific gravity of the contents of the cysts. This phenomenon depends on the viscosity of the contents, its tension and the thickness and elasticity of the cyst walls.
