Incidence of bronchoobstructive syndrome in patients seeking phthisiopulmonologist

Wiesel A.A., Yaushev M.M., Khalfiev I.N.

Abstract

On the basis of examination of 5020 patients during 1991—1997 it is concluded that each third patient had bronchobstructive syndrome. If in disseminated and fibrocavernous tuberculosis the aggravation of bronchi permeability was found in each second patient, so in chronic obstructive bronchitis — in all patients. At the same time in sarcoidosis, in idiopathic fibrosing alveolitis this syndrome was rarely found. The analysis of 155 cases of the use of atrovent as an acute test with broncholithic showed the high efficiency of this cholinoblockator in significant obstruction and minimal effect in patients without ventilational insufficiency.

Peculiarities of the clinical course bronchial asthma in children

Tsybulkina V.N., Zainetdinova G.M., Shamsutdinova G.A., Salikhova A.N.

Abstract

It is established that in most of patients the course of atopic bronchial asthma occurs as clinical attacks of expiratory asphyxia repeated both by day and at night. In children aged 1 to 6 the course of this disease is principally slight, medium and grave. In elder age group (7—15 years) the share ef graver forms of bronchial asthma increases. The disease is determined by increased sensitivity to domestic allergens. Atypical forms are found only in young age group and obviously are not connected with hypersensitivity. The specific immunotherapy is an effective treatment method of the classical atopic bronchial asthma in children aged 7 to 15.

Effect of ximedone on the state of humoral antibacterial immunity in patients with angina

Zinkevich O.D., Kravchenko I.E., Fazylov V.K., Safina N.A., Platonov O.A., Urazaev R.A.

Abstract

The concentration of antibodies to antigens Streptococcus pyogenes, li posaccharide E of the salt 0 14, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Streptococcus pneumoniae as well as to endotoxin (glycolipid RE 595 S.Minnesota) of Gram — negative flora in patients with angina in the treatment dynamics is determined by the hardphase immunofermental analysis method. The data obtained show the low concentration of antibodies to staphylococcus, endotoxin of Gram — negative flora, Candida and the high concentration — to Pseudomonas aeryginosa for the whole time of observation. The changes revealed show the dysbalance in specific humoral immunity in patients with angina. The new drug — ximedone normalizes the state of humoral antibacterial immunity in patients with angina.

Factors of eczema chronization in elder children

Shamova A.G., Shamov B.A., Malanicheva T.G.

Abstract

As many as 3000 children aged 12 to 18 living in the places with the established difference of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of atmospheric pollution are examined by the entire method. The incidence, age and sex structure of eczema depending on the degree of atmospheric pollution as well as the contribution of factors providing the chronic course of eczema are determined. Hereditary and constitutional peculiarities and digestion organs pathology have a significant effect. Nearly 20% of the contribution of factors are connected with prolonged unfavourable effect of enviropment — living conditions and atmospheric pollutants.

Microvesiculation in immunoconflict pregnancy and hemolytic disease of newborns

Subkhankulova А.F., Zubairov D.M., Subkhankulova F.B., Sadykov B.G.

Abstract

The microvesiculation process of cell membranes increases in blood of women during pregnancy development. In women with Rh-conflict pregnancy the course of the microvesiculation process is more intensive than in physiologic pregnancy. In intratubal affection of the fetus by hemolytic disease (the congenital icteric form) the microvesiculation process increases sharply in blood seram parallel to the increase of unconjugated bilirubin level. The determination of 5’-nucleotidase activity in hemolytic disease of newborns can be used as an additional diagnosis method of microvesiculation in this pathologic state.

About the role of antibodies formation in the decrease of therapeutic effect of captopril in patients with arterial hypertension

Tikhonov V.P., Ilyukhin O.V., Yakovlev A.T., Statsenko M.E., Kirakozov D.A., Popova A.S.

Abstract

Captopril being hapten is connected with blood serum albumin and is capable to induce antibodies elaboration. Captopril conjugate with bull serum albumin can be used as a specific diagnosticum for the hardphase immunofermental analysis. Specific immunoglobulins are one of the factors of the “escaping” effect development of the captopril hypotensive action.

Qualitative and quantitative cuanyes of lipids in experimental peritonitis

Trofimov V.A., Vlasov A.P., Minnebaev М.М.

Abstract

The considerable increase of the free fatty acids part, phospholipid lysophorms and the decrease of the main membrane lipids level are found in tissue lipids spectrum in peritonitis. The changes in organ li pids composition in many cases are correlated with those in blood plasma. Hence, the complex estimation of blood li pids is an adequate method of determining the biochemical lipid disorders intensity on the organ level.
