To casuistic multilocular echinococcus of the liver
Abstract
Let me bring to your attention a preparation of a multi-chamber or multilocular echinoccus of the liver, which was observed in local Alexander. Hospitals in November mѣs. past 1908. Although alveolar echinococcus, based on the newest observations, is not an exceptional rarity, and in Kazan it even occurs relatively often (the pathological and anatomical museum has about three dozen similar drugs), this case is, in our opinion, of particular interest. clinical course, as well as in the pathological-anatomic relationship.

Abstract
Many diseases of the human body, which need surgical treatment, require from the surgeon not only the elimination of this disease according to all the rules of surgical technique and modern asepsis, but also proper postoperative care. The latter is sometimes quite difficult, especially on wounds located near the so-called natural openings and on the path of the respiratory and digestive tract, due to the constant contamination of the wound by the separation and discharge of these pathways.
