Abstract

Medical care in Russia has developed widely over the last decades. Since the Welfare Board Order has given way almost everywhere, the type of district doctor, the unquestioned executor of power of the "Hospital Council", has been replaced by the type of energetic zemsky doctor. The doctors went to the people to help them with their knowledge, to relieve their physical suffering and to develop them.

Abstract

Dr. M.P. Romanov. Demonstration of a patient with Chorea minor. The patient, a boy of 11 years old, on the fourth day of the disease turned to the outpatient department of the Kazan Nervous Clinic. Upon examination, he was found to have very clearly expressed choreic movements in all parts of the body, preventing the patient from walking, eating and talking; these convulsions did not stop even at night; In addition to this, from the objective data, the absence of knee reflexes is noted.
