Metabolic processes during physiologic pregnancy in unfavourable ecologic conditions

Lineva O.I., Gilmiyarova F.N., Spiridonova N.V., Krasnova N.A.

Abstract

The peculiarities of metabolic and oxidation — reduction processes as well as energoplastic metabolism during physiologic course of gestation in unfavourable ecologie conditions are studied. It is established that in ecologically unfavourable region during physiologic pregnancy general degydrogenase activity of blood plasma increases, cell membranes are packed, general protein level increases. The decrease of general degydrogenase activity of blood plasma with the increase of pregnancy length, rarefaction of membranes, the reduction of relation coefficient of malate dehydrogenase and lactate degydrogenase activity, the increase of combined quantity relationship of reduced and oxidated equivalents can be considered to be biomarkers of physiologic pregnancy transfer to pathologic.

Abstract

The tactics of combined examination of patients for the choice of pathogenetic therapy is developed. Using this tactics neuroendocrininic syndromes suggesting functional disorders in hypothalamohypophysialoovarian system are revealed in 90 women being registered. These disorders as well as overview roentgenograph of the skull, increased serotonin level, decreased level, of adrenalin and norepinephrine are indicative of central genesis of mastopathy development. The treatment included the use of parlodel, L-DOFA, central electroanalgesia. Menstrual and reproductive functions were reduced in the majority of patients and mastopathies were cured

Petrov S.V., Balatenko N.V., Kozyreva N.F., Vinokurova G.I., Mazitova F.M., Khasanov R.S., Raikhlin N.T.

Abstract

The role of immunohistochemistry in the solution of a series of clinial oncology problems is studied on the basis of 300 observations taking into account current demands of histogenetic diagnosis of tumors. The most rational schemes of immunohistochemical diagnosis based on the use of minimum set of antibodies at the first and second stages of the study are given. The importance of the use of immunohistochemistry in differential histogenetic diagnosis of the most widely met tumors of a person is emphasized. This method significantly extends the possibilities of morphological verification of tumors. The prospects of the development of histochemistry for oncologic clinics are considered.

The increase of antitoxic immunity in groups aged 2—3 to 16—17 and its decrease with age rise especially in persons aged 36—37 and 46—47 are noted. For revaccination of persons aged 26—27 it is appropriate to perform single immunization, for persons aged 36—37, 46—47, 56 and older selective immunization is used taking into account the results of passive hemagglutination reaction
