Интерес данного случая заключается в сложном заболевании (ясном из заглавия); причем, кроме явных проявлений гнойного процесса в среднем ухе, были указания на мозговой абсцесс; вскрытие показало, что имелся милиарный туберкулезный минингит на основании мозга.
