Abstract
Adler (Zntribl. F. Chir 1931) to strengthen the sutures during the operation according to the Bassini method cuts out a rectangular flap from the aponeurosis m. obliq. externi, and the base of the flap is 3 cm above the external inguinal ring.

Adler (Zntribl. f. Chir 1931) для усиления швов при операции по способу Бассини выкраивает прямоугольный лоскут из апоневроза m. obliq. externi, причем основание лоскута находится на 3 см. выше наружного пахового кольца. Наружный край лоскута пришивается к пупартовой связке, медиальный—к muse, obliq. intern., а свободный нижний край—к tubercul. pubicum.
