Abstract
The author cites 15 cases of pylorospasm treated with brilliant success by pyloroplasty, the latter being carried out partly under general chloroform anesthesia, partly under local Braun's anesthesia.

Н. А. Алфеев приводит 15 случаев пилороспазма, с блестящим успехом леченных пилоропластикой, причем последняя производилась частью под общим хлороформным наркозом, частью под местной анэстезией по Braun‘y. Смертность при экстрамукозной пилоропластике равна 0.
