Abstract
The author suggests placing a gentle intestinal clamp on the cecum after removal of the appendix. This clamp makes it possible to pull up into the wound and easily fix the intestinal wall we need in order to peritonize and stitch the stump of the appendix.

Д-р R. Frank предлагает после удаления аппендикса накладывать на слепую кишку нежный кишечный жом. Этот жом дает возможность подтянуть в рану и легко фиксировать необходимую нам стенку кишки, чтобы перитонизировать и наложить швы на культю червеобразного отростка.
