Surgical diseases of the stomach in conjunction with lig. teres hepatis

Abstract

The author cites two cases of lig. teres hepatis involvement in gastric distress: in one case there was fusion of the prepyloric part of the stomach with lig. teres hepatis without a gastric ulcer, in the other - fusion of a collicular prepyloric cancerous ulcer with lig. teres hepatis.

D-r Maty à s (Zentralbl. f. Chir., 1933, №42) приводит два случая участия lig. teres hepatis в страданиях желудка: в одном случае наблюдалось сращение препилорической части желудка с lig. teres hepatis без язвы в желудке, в другом— сращение коллезной препилорической раковоперерожденной язвы с lig. teres hepatis. Специальных симптомов для заболевания lig. teres hepatis не известно и автор, на основании своих случаев, подмечает лишь облегчение болей при положении больного на левом боку.           И. Цимхес.
