Abstract
Society of Physicians at Kazan University. Rino laryngo otiatric section. Session 2 / VI 1930 Dr. P. D. Buev. To histological studies of the nasal septum after its submucous resection according to Killian. Experimental research. The author carried out a number of experimental observations on rabbits and dogs with submucosal resection of the cartilage of the nose according to Killian's. The observation period was 1—3—6—9 and 12 months. No water microscopic preparation of complete regeneration of cartilage occurred, the defect was filled with fibrous connective tissue even after 1 year. The author explains the contradictory views in the scientific literature on this issue by the size of the resected cartilage, which will be inversely proportional to its regenerating properties. Д-р П. Д. Буев. К гистологическим исследованиям носовой перегородки после подслизистой резекции ее по Killian'у. Экспериментальное исследование.
Автор провел ряд экспериментальных наблюдений на кроликах и собаках с подслизистой резекцией хряща носа по Killian’y. Давность наблюдений равнялась 1—3—6—9 и 12 месяцам. Ни водном микроскопическом препарате полной регенерации хряща не наступило, дефект даже и через 1 год заполнялся фиброзной соединительной тканью. Разноречивость взглядов в научной литературе по этому вопросу автор объясняет размерами резецированного хряща, которые будут обратно пропорциональны его регенерирующим свойствам. (Аутореферат).
