Abstract
The author points out that the Kapeller-Adler'a reaction is based on the fact, for the first time established by Voge, that histidine in the urine of pregnant women is found, as a rule, in non-pregnant women only in exceptional cases.

Ohligmacher (Klin. Wschr., 1934, № 30, по реф. в Zbl. f. Gyn. 1935, № 21) указывает, что реакция Kapeller-Adler’a основана на впервые установленном Voge факте, что гистидин в моче беременных женщин обнаруживается, как правило, у небеременных лишь в исключительных случаях. По опытам автора, из 145 небеременных—в 128 сл. получилась отрицательная реакция, в 10—положительная и в 7—под вопросом; из 76 беременных—в 44 сл. положительная, в 30 — отрицательная и в 2 — под вопросом. Гистидиновую пробу для определения ранней беременности автор считает неценной, т. к. она дает большой % осечки.
