Peritoneostomy in the treatment of patients with acute diffuse purulent peritonitis

Anisimov A.Y.

Abstract

Outcomes of acute diffuse purulent peritonitis (OPHP), occurring with severe disorders of homeostasis, remain unsatisfactory. A decrease in mortality in severe forms of ARHP with massive (up to 50%) fecal contamination of the peritoneum is currently considered a significant achievement. It is quite natural to search for new ways to improve the results of treatment of patients with ARHP.

Lavage of gastrointestinal tract in pediatric surgery

Akinfiev A.V., Mustafin A.A., Platonov A.A., Valiullin I.G.

Abstract

The efficacy of lavage of the intestine in children wtih pathology of the large intestine in preparation for the operation is shown. The method involved promotes a favourable result of the operative intervention. The procedure is tolerant. As this takes place, the significant changes in water-electrolytic metabolism and hemodynamics do not occur.

On the failure of sutures of ureterovesical anastomosis

Ramazanov M.R.

Abstract

The indices of blood pressure in intramural vessels of the ureter before and after dressing, of vesical vessels are presented. The investigations are performed on 15 dogs in experiment and in 15 patients in resection of the urinary bladder with ureterocystoanastomosis and in 2 patients in ureterocutaneostomy as to the urinary bladder cancer. One patient died because of the failure of sutures of ureterocystoanastomosis as a result of ureter necrosis in suture, and one died after ureterocutaneostomy as a result of ureter distal piece necrosis. It is stated that hemocircular disorders occur in intramural vessels of a terminal part of the ureter after dressing of vesical vessels.

Types of retroperitoneal hemorrhage in closed injuries of the abdomen and methods of their drainage

Dobrokvashin S.V., Davletshin A.H.

Abstract

Four types of retroperitoneal hemorrhages are revealed as a result of the anatomic experiments on 30 unformalinized corpses of persons and analysis of 200 documents of medicolegal autopsies of victims lost because of the closed injury of the abdomen, complicated by retroperitoneal hemorrhage. The method of their drainage with topographoanatomic grounds successfully used in 45 patients is proposed on the basis of the data obtained.

Compensation of the requirement for protein in parenteral diet choice of the solutions of crystalline amino acids and protein hydrolysates

Ustinov E.I.

Abstract

The formula of volume calculation of all the solutions of crystalline amino acids and some protein hydrolysates to compensate the necessary requirements of a patient for protein is given. The mathematical treatment of this formula with regard to the utilization rate and maximum doses of amino acids is made, the method of quantitative and qualitative estimation of the available preparations of crystalline amino acids and protein hydrolysates allowing to make a justified choice of the preparations is proposed. The article is illustrated by the tables with necessary information of the preparations for parenteral diet, their potential possibilities of protein compensation as well as a dosage of the preparations of crystalline amino acids and protein hydrolysates to compensate the necessary require# ments for protein.

Combined approach то the treatment of patients with trauma of the extension apparatus of the knee joint

Izmalkov S.N.

Abstract

The remott results of the traditional treatment of patients with trauma of the extension apparatus of the knee joint are analyzed. The basic reasons of the unsatisfactory results /К the operative treatment are revealed. The nlLmethods of the recovery of any one of the parts of the traumatized extension apparatus of the knee joint based on the combined approach are proposed.

Leading signs of current methicillinresistant staphylococci

Musina L.T., Semina N.A., Gladkova K.K., Darbeeva O.S.

Abstract

As a result of the combined study of the hospital strains S. aureus it is stated that methicillinresistant strains are characterized by simultaneous resistance to 5—9 antibiotics (84,9%), product of hemolysins, fibronolysin and hyaluronidase. MRSA are resistant (56,6%) to lytic action of phages of the commercial kit. Phages 85 (39,1%) and 52A (21,7%) prevail over phagolysed phages. Electrophoretic analysis of exoproteins permits to differentiate MRSA not typified by phages and to assign them to phage 85 as well as to set off within the phages 85 and 94/96 two types of strains varying in spectra of protein composition.

Effect of the combined medicamental therapy on the adaptation to physical loads of patients after myocardial infarction

Leshchinsky L.A., Multanovsky B.L., Ponomarev S.B.

Abstract

Synergism of the correctors of hemodynamics and metabolism on the functional state of myocardium is studied. Their combined use provides more significant positive effect than the isolated use of the correctors of hemodynamics even within 30—55 days and peaks within 110—120 days from the start of myocardial infarction.

Content of immunoglobulins G, M, A In blood serum in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by thromboendocarditis

Simakov A.A., Panfilov Y.A., Kryukov N.I., Tomashevskaya N.A.

Abstract

The course and prognosis in myocardial infarction (MI) depend on various factors, but are largely determined by the development of complications of the underlying disease. Thromboendocarditis is one of the complications of acute myocardial infarction. Thromboembolic complications associated with thromboendocarditis develop despite intensive thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy and often lead to disability or death of patients. So, embolism of arteries of the corresponding localization can cause stroke, renal infarction, gangrene of the extremities, as well as progressive heart failure and other complications. In this regard, timely diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction complicated by thromboendocarditis is extremely important not only for predicting the further course of the underlying disease, but also for choosing an adequate and effective therapy.

Analysis of the efficiacy of levamizol, t-activin and methyluracil in combined treatment of patients with rheumatic lesion of the heart

Valimukhametova D.A., Nurmukhametova E.B.

Abstract

The efficacy of immunocorrelating preparations (levamizol, T-activin and methyluracil combined with traditional therapy methods is studied in patients wtih rheumatic heart diseases and the disorder of cellular and humoral immunity. The treatment of patients using traditional therapy methods has no positive effect on immunologic indices, whereas the use of immunocorrelating preparations promotes their normalization of positive dynamics. The most efficient preparations — levamizol and T-activin — may be recommended for traditional therapy scheme of patients with rheumatism.

Test of the natural migration inhibition of leukocytes in the diagnosis of food allergy in children

Potemkina A.M., Gizatullina N.R.

Abstract

The high informativity of the test of natural migration inhibition of leukocytes in the diagnosis of food allergy is shown. It is simple and may be recommended as a diagnostic test for revealing causal food allergens, especially in cases when the provocative tests are contra-indicated.
