Gonococcus antiviralis. Веrtаrеlli (Ann. de l'Inst. Past., 1928, No. 4)

Abstract

After a number of attempts, Professor Веrtаrеlli succeeded in producing a gonococcal antivirus for the local treatment of gonorrhea according to the Besredka method. He used gonococcal cultures obtained on Leboeuf medium (liver broth with agar) and filtered three times, first through a Berkefeld filter, then through a Сhamberland filter. The author promises to report the results of the clinical application of the antiviral later.

Профессору Веrtаrеlli удалось, после ряда попыток, добыть гонококковый антивирус для местного лечения гонорреи по способу Besredka. Для изготовления антивируса он воспользовался культурами гонококка, полученными на среде Leboeuf’а (печеночный бульон с агаром) и трижды профильтрованными им сначала через фильтр Berkefeld’a, потом—Сhamberland’a Результаты клинического применения антивируса автор обещает сообщить впоследствии.
