Abstract

H. Kutschera-Aichbergen, изучая патолого-анатомическую картину 3 случаев грудной жабы, мог констатировать в них расширение стенок венечных артерий сердца с атрофиею мышечной оболочки этих артерий. Этим морфологическим находкам лучше отвечает „теория растяжения“, чем „судорожная теория“ происхождения грудной жабы.

H. Kutschera-Aichbergen, studying pathological and anatomical picture of 3 cases of thoracic pains, could state in them expansion of walls of coronary arteries of heart with atrophy of a muscular cover of these arteries. These morphological findings correspond better to the "stretching theory" than to the "convulsive theory" of the origin of thoracic pains.
