The technique of osteosynthesis of the humerus

Abstract

We suggest the following technique for intramedullary osteosynthesis of the shoulder. The patient lies on the healthy side. The injured limb is in the position of maximum extension. In closed osteosynthesis, the medullary canal is opened with a perforator from the puncture of the skin and soft tissues along the anterior edge of the acromial process of the scapula, where the upper pole of the head is projected. In open retrograde osteosynthesis a perforator is inserted into the same section. After osteosynthesis, the protruding end of the structure inserted under the acromial process of the scapula does not prevent restoration of function in the shoulder joint.

Предлагаем следующую методику интрамедуллярного остеосинтеза плеча. Больной лежит на здоровом боку. Поврежденная конечность находится в положении максимального разгибания. При закрытом остеосинтезе костномозговой канал вскрывается перфоратором из прокола кожи и мягких тканей по переднему краю акромиального отростка лопатки, где проецируется верхний полюс головки. При открытом ретроградном остеосинтезе в этот же отдел вводится перфоратор.

После остеосинтеза выступающий конец конструкции, введенный под акромиальный отросток лопатки, не препятствует восстановлению функции в плечевом суставе.

Удаление конструкции осуществляется при таком же положении конечности и самого больного.
