Treatment of cold abscesses by injection of chloroform-iodine solution. J. Marian (Zentr. f. Chir., 1928, No. 23)

Abstract

During 3 years the author successfully used the following mixture for treatment of cold abscesses: metal iodine 6.0, guaiacol-10.0, chloroform-60.0, almond oil-40.0. The mixture is sterilized and after emptying pus from the abscess is injected into the latter.

J. Marian втечение 3 лет с успехом применял для лечения холодных нарывов следующую смесь: металлич. иода 6,0, гваякола—10,0, хлороформа—60,0, миндального масла—40,0. Смесь стерилизуется и после опорожнения гноя из нарыва вводится в последний. Такие впрыскивания производятся через каждые 10—15 дней до полного заживления.
