Abstract

As you know, the latter recommends mixing a few drops of the recipient's blood with chloroform, then after the evaporation of the latter, liquefy the gemolysate with 1-2 drops of 3%-4% Na etrici solution and mix the liquefied gemolysate with a drop of donor blood. If there is no agglutination, the donor is either a blood recipient or blood group 1V(0).

Как известно, последний рекомендует несколько капель крови реципиента смешать с хлороформом, затем после испарения последнего разжидить гэмолизат 1—2 каплями 3%—4% раствора Na etrici и разжжиженный гэмолизат смешать с каплей крови донора. Если при этом агглютинации не наступит, то, следовательно, донор относится к группе получателя крови или к группе 1V(0). К. Flick и Е. Traum, проверив пробу Clemens'a, пришли, однако, к заключению, что на нее нельзя полагаться при переливаниях крови.
