Abstract

A prelude to a short hysterical essay, and outlining a clinical picture according to Fenvik'y, diagnosis, prediction and treatment of this disease, the author cites the history of the disease of this case, where before the operation, a diagnosis of vesica ali was found, but a diagnosis of the vesica urcinaria was found. 2 villous papillomas, single round ulcer with steep edges near the right ureter; the bottom is covered with sѣrym plaque, without lime deposits; the ulcer penetrates to the muscularis, the rest of the mucous membrane of the bladder is normal, The tumors are removed, the ulcer is burned out with a thermocouter; open treatment; recovery in 2 months.

Предпсслагъ краткій истерическій очеркъ, и изложивъ по Fenvik’y клиническую картину, діагнозъ, предсказаніе и лечсніе даннаго заболѣванія, авторъ приводитъ исторію болѣзни свсего случая, гдѣ до операціи былъ поставленъ діагнозъ carcincma vesicae urinariae, но при sectio alta найдено: на днѣ пузыря 2 ворсинчитыхъ папилломы, вблизи праваго мочеточника одиночная круглая язва съ крутыми краями; дно покрыто сѣрымъ налетсмъ, безъ известковыхъ отложеній; язва проникаетъ до muscularis, остальная слизистая пузыря нормальна, Опухоли удалены, язва выжжена термокаутеромъ; открытое леченіе; выздоровленіе черезъ 2 мѣсяца.
Интересъ даннаго случая заключается въ темъ, что послѣ операціи -пр( шло уже 3 года и больной себя чувствуетъ совершенно здоровымъ.
