Abstract

Are there enough X-rays in 2 planes to make a correct judgment about fractures of the ulna. Dr. Nussbaum (Zentralblatt f. Char. 1931. No. 4) cites a case of a fracture of the ulna, where, in addition to the usual X-rays of the forearm in 2 positions (supination and ulnar), which did not give a clear picture of the cause of the loss of working capacity, the 3rd picture was taken in the pronation position, which made it possible to accurately judge the condition of the fracture and the degree of disability.

Достаточно ли рентгеновских снимков в 2-х плоскостях для правильного суждения о переломах локтевой кости. Dr. Nussbaum (Zentralblatt f. Chir. 1931. № 4) приводит случай перелома локтевой кости, где кроме обычных рентгеновских снимков предплечья в 2-х положениях (супинации и ульнарном), не дававших ясной картины причины утери трудоспособности, был произведен 3-й снимок в положении пронации, давший возможность точного суждения о состоянии перелома и о степени утраты трудоспособности. На основании изложенного авт. рекомендует в случаях, подобных приведенному, прибегать к рентгеновским снимкам в 3-х плоскостях.
