Acid treatment for skin fungus

Abstract

Marchіonini (Denn. Ztschr. Bd. 56, H. 4, 29) explains the formation of rashes in the 4th interdigital space by a decrease in acids on the surface of the skin of this area due to the development of fungi. Depending on the cause, the author recommends antiparasitic local therapy in the form of applying acids to the affected area. Of the 26 cases of similar diseases, a. saw good results in 25 people, where alcohol with hydrochloric acid or boric acid, iodine tincture, arnica and chrysarobine tinctures were used. Out of 13 cases of interdigital erosion, the author obtained an excellent result in 10 cases.

Маrсhіоnini (Denn. Ztschr. Bd. 56, H. 4, 29) объясняет образование припрелостей в 4-м межпальцевом промежутке уменьшением кислот на поверхности кожи этого участка благодаря развитию грибков. В зависимости от причины автор рекомендует антипаразитарную локальную терапию в форме нанесения кислот на пораженное место. Из 26 случаев подобных заболеваний а. видел хороший результат у 25 чел., где применялся спирт с соляной кислотой или борная кислота, иодная настойка, настойки из арники и хризаробин. Из 13 случаев межпальцевых эрозий автор получил прекрасный результат в 10 случаях.
