Abstract

Wilhelm Frei. cultivating 5 different strains of the bacillus Duerey-Unna on media with human, lamb and rabbit blood, found that the bacillus, being an optional anaerobic, has hemolytic properties in cultures; it is much more sensitive to heat and disinfectants (phenol, sublimate) b. coli, staph, pyogenes and gonococci.

Wilhelm Frei. культивируя 5 различных штаммов бациллы Duerey-Unnа на средах с человеческой, бараньей и кроличьей кровью, нашел, что бацилл, являясь факультативным анаэробом, обладает в культурах гэмолизирующими свойствами; к нагреванию и дезинфецирующим средствам (фенол, сублимат) он много чувствительнее b. coli, staph, pyogenes и гонококков. Штамм, полученный от больного с-ulcus molle serpiginosum, ничем не отличался от других штаммов палочки мягкого шанкра.
