Abstract

Based on the results of 82 operations performed on 41 animals in two ways, prof. Razumovsky, - the results given by the microscopic study (injection of the conductive pathways and a more subtle microscopic study), the author comes to the next. Conclusions: Undoubtedly, after the operation of the anastomosis in some cases, the patency of the alternate pathways is restored.

На основаніи результатовъ 82 операцій, сдѣланныхъ на 41 животномъ по двумъ способамъ проф. Разумовскаго,—результатовъ, данныхъ микроскопическомъ изслѣдованіемъ (инъэкпія сѣмяпроводящихъ путей и болѣе тонкое микроскопическое изученіе) авторъ приходитъ къ слѣд. выводамъ: Несомнѣнно, что послѣ операціи анастомоза въ нѣкоторыхъ случаяхъ проходимость сѣменныхъ путей возстановляется. Это происходитъ благодаря образованію промежуточной полости, куда открывается просвѣтъ vas. deferehtis й канальцы придатка. Клиническое примѣненіе должно имѣть главнымъ образомъ epididymivasostomia.
