In an otherwise healthy patient, 45 years old, the pulsation of a large vessel is determined on the right on the postero-lateral wall of the pharynx, and a pulsatory concussion is symmetrical on the left side.

Д-р Н. К. Трутнев. Демонстрация больного с редким вариантом расположения кровеносных сосудов глотки. У здоровой в остальном больной, 45 лет, определяется справа на задне-боковой стенке глотки пульсация крупного сосуда, симметрично на левой стороне пульсаторное сотрясение. Слабые субъективные ощущения в форме першения в горле. Предполагается вариант расположения а. carotis internae.
