Peptic ulcer of the jejunum after gastric excision. G. Nyström and F. Soderberg (Zbl. f. Chir., 1928, No. 5)

Abstract

G. Nyström and F. Soderberg observed in a 47-year-old patient, after excision of the pylorus and half of the stomach because of a 12-pericardial ulcer, formation of the same ulcer in the jejunum. After the second operation, excision of almost the whole stomach, there was complete recovery.

G. Nyström и F. Soderberg наблюдали y 47-летнего больного, после иссечения привратника и половины желудка из-за язвы 12-перстной кишки, образование такой же язвы в тощей кишке. После второй операции, иссечения почти всего желудка, наступило полное выздоровление.
