Spirochaeta pallida in the conjunctival and nasal secretions of congenitally syphilitic infants. Weiss (Arch. f. Kinderheilk., Bd. 83, H. ½)

Abstract

Spirochaetes are found in the said secretion in 2/3 of sick children. They appear here with the beginning of the disease symptoms. Usually these children have a specific infiltrative conjunctivitis.

По Weiss’y спирохэты встречаются в названном секрете у ²/₃ больных детей. Появляются они здесь с началом симптомов болезни. Обычно у таких детей имеется специфический инфильтративный кон’юнктивит.
