Abstract

After examining 112 skulls, the author verified that the distance between the outer edge of the fissurae orbitalis inf. and the tuberculum articulare was 5.7 centimeters, and the distance between the fissura orbitalis inf. and foramen ovale was 5.6 centimeters, i.e. 1 mlm less.

Irger, исследовав 112 черепов, убедился, что расстояние между наружным краем fissurae orbitalis inf. и tuberculum articulare равняется 5,7 сант., а расстояние между fissura orbitalis inf. и foramen ovale—5,6 сант., т e. на 1 млм. меньше. Поэтому автор предлагает при введении иглы в нижнюю глазную щель руководствоваться расстоянием до tuberculum articulare.
