Abstract
The author received the patient on the 6th day after the disease - an operation was immediately undertaken, in which it turned out that colon as cendens had a long mesentery and twisted 1 1/2 times around its axis, the coessin and appendix were located in the hypochondrium sin, colon transversum has in its middle a cicatricial contraction and is attracted by this area to the spine. Made by anus praeternat. At the end of the operation, the patient died.

Авторъ получилъ больного на 6-й день послѣ заболѣванія- Тутъ же была предпринята операція, при которой оказалось, что colon ascendens имѣетъ длинную брыжжейку и перекручено 1 1/2 раза вокругъ своей оси соесшп и appendix находятся вь hypochondrium sin , colon transversum имѣетъ въ своей серединѣ рубцовое съужніе и притянуто этой областью къ позвоночнику. Сдѣлано anus praeternat. При концѣ операціи больной умеръ.
