Транстихоокеанские отношения Мексики и России в контексте формирования евроазиатской модели безопасности

Аннотация

Вооруженный конфликт на Украине заставляет нас думать, что Россия концентрирует свои силы в Европе. Но в действительности мы наблюдаем попытки РФ построить модель евроазиатской безопасности, что позволило бы ей усилить свое влияние и в Европе, и в Тихоокеанском регионе. В этом контексте Мексика благодаря своему стратегическому положению на американском континенте играет ключевую роль в вопросах международной геополитической перестройки. Первые контакты Мексика и Россия установили именно через Тихий океан, и этот регион сегодня — географическая альтернатива для них в плане реконфигурации двусторонних экономических и политических отношений.
