Lung surfactant system provides stability of alveoli during breathing, supports normal permeability of aerohematic barrier, participates in regulation of water balance, and has a protective function. Surface-active components of surfactant system are phospholipids, and more precisely their fraction - phosphatidylcholine.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Сурфактантная система легких, но современным воззрениям, представляет собой многокомпонентную, сложноорганизованную, саморегулирующуюся систему, в которой различают 3 основных компонента: собственно сурфактант — тонкую липопротеидную пленку, располагающуюся на границе раздела воздух — жидкость, гипофазу и клеточный компонент, представленный альвеолоцитами І, II, III типов. Сурфактантная система легких обеспечивает стабильность альвеол при дыхании, поддерживает нормальную проницаемость аэрогематического барьера, участвует в регуляции водного баланса, а также выполняет защитную функцию. Поверхностно-активными компонентами сурфактантной системы являются фосфолипиды, а точнее их фракция — фосфатидилхолин.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Kazan Medical archive</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Казанский медицинский архив</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list/></back></article>
