Despite the lack of clear boundaries of the norm, the flow indices according to spirography allow early diagnosis of bronchial permeability disorders, which facilitates the diagnosis of obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Наиболее объективным и чувствительным методом диагностики бронхиальной обструкции является определение максимального потока выдоха на различных уровнях бронхиального дерева. Несмотря на отсутствие четких границ нормы, показатели потока по данным спирографии, позволяют рано диагностировать нарушения бронхиальной проходимости, что облегчает диагностику обструктивного бронхита и бронхиальной астмы.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Kazan Medical archive</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Казанский медицинский архив</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list/></back></article>
