Non-pregnant premenopausal women treated at the 2nd OB/GYN clinic of Kazan HIDUV for infertility, genital infantilism, ovarian sclerocystosis, etc. were under observation. Four groups of women were isolated and subjected to sanation with appropriate chlorhexidine bigluconate solutions in the following concentrations: 1, 2, 3 и 4%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целью работы был выбор оптимальной концентрации раствора хлоргексидина биглюконата, эффективно уничтожающего микрофлору, которая заселила влагалище женщины, в наиболее короткое время профилактически очищающее его до естественной степени чистоты (минимум до II степени). Под наблюдением находились небеременные женщины в периоде пременопаузы, леченные во 2-й акушерско-гинекологической клинике Казанского ГИДУВа по поводу бесплодия, генитального инфантилизма, склерокистоза яичников и т. п.
