The aim of this work was to investigate the degree of bacterial contamination of the nipple surface, areola and surrounding skin in healthy non-pregnant women.The study was carried out in 120 female students aged 18 to 24 years. The density of bacterial populations per cm2 of skin was studied in 60 of them by the imprinting method, and in the remaining 60 - by the P. Williamson and A. Kligman washout method.
Целью настоящей работы было изучение степени бактериального обсеменения поверхности соска, ареолы и окружающей ее кожи у здоровых небеременевших женщин.
Исследование проведено у 120 студенток в возрасте от 18 до 24 лет. У 60 из них плотность бактериальных популяций на 1 см2 кожи изучена методом отпечатков, у остальных 60 — методом смывов по П. Вильямсону и А. Клигману.
