Valgus deviation of the I toe is the most frequent secondary component of transverse plantar foot deformity (in 96.2%). The disappointing results of conservative treatment of transverse-plastic foot deformity with valgus deviation of the I toe encourage many doctors to seek new surgical interventions, but even the latter are not always effective.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
