More often, the disease is recognized during surgery for acute appendicitis, a picture of which is given by the painful form of rupture of the ovary. When the peritoneum is opened, and sometimes only when monitoring for hemostasis, after appendectomy, the blood flow from the pelvis is found, and further revision reveals apoplexy. Less often, with the anemic form of ovarian rupture, when the symptoms of intra-abdominal bleeding come to the fore, patients are operated on with a diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
