We have studied the content of sugar, chlorides, urea, residual nitrogen and total protein in the amniotic fluid in 11 pregnant women suffering from polyhydramnios. The diagnosis of polyhydramnios in them was made on the basis of a clinical study and then confirmed by measuring the amount of amniotic fluid obtained during childbirth.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
