Among the instrumental diagnostic methods, radiopaque examination of the extrahepatic biliary tract has become the most widespread. However, the resolution of intravenous cholegraphy is no more than 85% [6].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Дооперационная диагностика функционального состояния сфинктера Одди представляет значительные трудности. Среди инструментальных методов диагностики наибольшее распространение получило рентгеноконтрастное исследование внепеченочных желчных путей.
