A new classification of chronic pneumonia is proposed, which provides for an indication in the diagnosis of the localization and phase of the process, the degree of its activity, the type of exacerbation, the nature of the course and complications. Direct complications include bronchiectasis, pulmonary insufficiency, and chronic diffuse bronchitis.
Предложена новая классификация хронической пневмонии, предусматривающая указание в диагнозе локализации и фазы процесса, степени его активности, типа обострения, характера течения и осложнений. К непосредственным осложнениям отнесены бронхоэктазы, легочная недостаточность и хронический диффузный бронхит.
