The ability of prostaglandins, in particular E2, to cause controlled hypotension and a decrease in left ventricular filling pressure mainly due to peripheral vasodilation suggests the possibility of their use in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. However, until now, the question of the level of blood circulation at which the vascular effect of drugs is realized has not been finally resolved. This is what prompted us to conduct a study of the effect of prostaglandin E2 on the microcirculation system.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В последние годы все более широкое применение в клинической практике находят простагландины. Способность простагландинов, в частности Е2, вызывать контролируемую гипотензию и снижение давления заполнения левого желудочка в основном за счет периферической вазодилатации предполагает возможность их применения при лечении сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Однако до сих пор вопрос об уровне кровообращения, на котором реализуется сосудистый эффект препаратов, не решен окончательно.
