The length of the bile duct was 67.15 ± 10.58 mm, and the length of its mouth — the large duodenal nipple — 18.00 ± 2.26 mm. The length of the large duodenal nipple refers to the length of the preduodenal part as 1: 3. The diameter of the bile duct was on average 7.64 ± 1.09 mm, and the diameter of its mouth was 3.79 ± 0.68 mm. The ratio of the diameter of the bile duct to the diameter of its mouth is normally in the range of 1.18-3.50. These coefficients must be taken into account when diagnosing stenosis of the large duodenal papilla and during operations on it.</p>
Указанные коэффициенты необходимо учитывать при диагностике стеноза большого дуоденального соска и при операциях на нем.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bile and pancreatic ducts</kwd><kwd>anatomy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>желчные и панкреатические протоки</kwd><kwd>анатомия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Аниханова М.
