Various methods and technologies are used to create implants: manufacturing of implants by casting, milling, sintering (powder metallurgy), electrical discharge machining, etc. However, the successful functioning of direct implants largely depends on the accuracy of manufacturing, placement and their primary stabilization in the tooth wells.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Несмотря на достигнутые успехи в области имплантологии создание оптимальных конструкций непосредственных дентальных имплантатов в настоящее время остается наиболее актуальной задачей. Для создания имплантатов используют различные методы и технологии: изготовление имплантатов методом литья, фрезерования, спекания (порошковая металлургия), электроэрозионная обработка и др. Однако успешное функционирование непосредственных имплантатов во многом зависит от точности изготовления, установки и их первичной стабилизации в лунки зуба.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Kazan Medical archive</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Казанский медицинский архив</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list/></back></article>
