For the first time since the collapse of the USSR, representatives of cardiologists from 14 CIS countries, as well as prominent specialists of "narrow" areas of cardiology from the USA, Germany and Italy gathered at their first congress, dedicated to the problems of CHD, arterial hypertension, arrhythmia and conduction disorders. The schedule of the congress included three plenary (according to the above-mentioned areas of cardiology) and fourteen breakout sessions, as well as satellite symposiums.
Впервые после распада СССР представители кардиологов 14 стран СНГ, а также видные специалисты "узких" областей кардиологии из США, Германии и Италии собрались на свой первый конгресс, посвященный проблемам ИБС, артериальной гипертонии, нарушений ритма и проводимости. Регламент конгресса включал три пленарных (соответственно приведенным выше направлениям кардиологии) и четырнадцать секционных заседаний, а также сателлитные симпозиумы.
