The first one was de-nol test, which was based on detection of the urease activity. The second one was the immunocytochemical method using the polyclonal antibodies against Helicobacter pylori. During the fibrogastroscopy of patients with gastric desease (20 persons) the small pieces of gastric mucosa were taken. The latters were used for preparation of smears and then for de-nol test. 18 patients have got the positive de-nol tests, and the analyses of two patients were negative. However, the Helicobacter pylori were detected in all cases, using the immunocytochemical staining with polyclonal antibodies against this bacterium. On the base of these results we have suggested that immunocytochemical staining of Helicobacter pylori is more informative and more precise than de-nol test.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Для выявления Helicobacter pylori были опробованы два диагностических метода. Первый - де-нол-тест, основанный на выявлении активности уреазы. Второй - иммуноцитохимический метод с использованием поликлональных антител против Helicobacter pylori. При проведении фиброгастроскопии у пациентов с заболеваниями желудка (20 человек) были взяты небольшие кусочки слизистой желудка. Последние использовались для приготовления мазков, а затем для де-нол-теста. 18 пациентов получили положительные анализы de-nol, а анализы двух пациентов были отрицательными. Однако во всех случаях были обнаружены Helicobacter pylori с помощью иммуноцитохимического окрашивания поликлональными антителами против этой бактерии.
