The experimental and psychologic examination of 150 patients with the vibratory disease with mental disorders is performed. The predominant types of mental response to the given disease are revealed. Eigopatic (32%) and sensitive (22%) types of response or their combination (16%) are more often found in persons with boundary mental disorders, and ergopatic (42%) and harmonious (34%) types are more often found in persons without mental disorders. A number of social and psychologic and production factors such as conflicts, education in childhood, age, length of service affect the formation of one or other variant of the internal picture of the disease. The internal picture of the disease affects immediately social-labour adaptation of patients.
Проведено экспериментально-психологическое обследование 150 больных вибрационной болезнью с психическими нарушениями. Выявлены преобладающие типы психического реагирования на данное заболевание. Эйгопатический (32%) и сенситивный (22%) типы реагирования или их сочетание (16%) чаще встречаются у лиц с пограничными психическими нарушениями, а эргопатический (42%) и гармоничный (34%) типы - у лиц без психических нарушений. На формирование того или иного варианта внутренней картины болезни влияет ряд социально-психологических и производственных факторов, таких как конфликты, воспитание в детстве, возраст, стаж работы. Внутренняя картина болезни сразу же сказывается на социально-трудовой адаптации больных.
