A.E. Arbuzov KHTI A.I. Razumov and O.A.Mukhacheva (1957). The drug was pharmacologically examined and proposed for practical use by IV Zaikonnikova (1961). As her studies have shown, nibufin has a pronounced anticholinesterase property, increases the tone of smooth muscle organs - the intestines, uterus, and enhances peristalsis. Compared with other organophosphorus compounds used in medicine - armin, phosphacol, phosarbin, it is much less toxic.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
