The entire literature on the subject should be divided into two periods: in the first, all cases of acute ataxia, both spinal and cerebellar, were described together, without distinction; the second period begins with the works of Bekhterev and Nonne, who singled out cases of acute cerebellar ataxia into a special group.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
