Namely, the lens diaphragm, due to the swelling of the vitreous body, moves forward, constricts the angle of the anterior chamber, etc. The swelling and increase in the volume of the vitreous body in glaucoma is caused by water retention in the vitreous body or mechanical obstruction to its outflow through the lens diaphragm.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
