The experience of anticoagulation therapy has shown that control over the course and depth of action of anticoagulants by prothrombin time or prothrombin index is not entirely reliable. The reason for this is not only possible technical errors and the lack of standardization of thromboplastin, but also the complexity of the multi-unit "chain" coagulation process.
Опыт антикоагуляционной терапии показал, что контроль за ходом и глубиной действия антикоагулянтов по протромбиновому времени или протромбиновому индексу не вполне надежен. Причиной этого являются не только возможные технические погрешности и отсутствие стандартизации тромбопластина, но и сложность многозвеньевого «цепного» по характеру процесса коагуляции.
