67] years. All patients underwent laboratory and instrumental examination within the approved standards of specialized medical care. Systemic inflammation was assessed by the levels of acute phase proteins (C-reactive protein, fibrinogen). The study of integrated clinical and laboratory, somatometric parameters was carried out. The nutritional risk index was assessed.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> Palliative cancer patients showed a statistically significant decrease in the concentration of hemoglobin, lymphocytes, and albumin. The activation of systemic inflammation that manifested by hyperfibrinogenemia and an increase in the level of C-reactive protein was revealed. The study of somatometric parameters revealed a statistically significant decrease in body mass index, shoulder circumference, subscapular skinfold thickness, and a tendency to reduce lean body mass. The nutritional risk index assessment showed mild nutritional insufficiency in 22 (20.8%) of the examined patients and severe nutritional insufficiency in 28 (26.4%) patients. The maximum diagnostic significance of the level of C-reactive protein for prediction the nutritional insufficiency was achieved at 80.4% sensitivity and 52.7% specificity (AUC=0.671, 95% confidence interval [0.573; 0.759], p=0.001), which corresponded to a C-reactive protein threshold of 31 mg/l.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> 50 (47.2%) of the examined patients showed signs of nutritional insufficiency, a statistically significant decrease in hemoglobin and albumin concentration, as well as lymphocyte count, activation of systemic inflammation, manifested by hyperfibrinogenemia, and an increase in the level of C-reactive protein; it was revealed a statistically significant relationship between C-reactive protein level and malnutrition.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Изучение взаимосвязи между симптомами трофологической недостаточности и системным воспалением у онкологических паллиативных пациентов.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> Обследованы 106 онкологических пациентов паллиативного профиля на базе ГБУЗ «Челябинский областной клинический центр онкологии и ядерной медицины»: 54 (50,9%) мужчины и 52 (49,1%) женщины в возрасте 61 [54; 67] года. Все пациенты прошли лабораторно-инструментальное обследование в рамках утверждённых стандартов оказания специализированной медицинской помощи. Системное воспаление оценивали по уровню острофазовых белков (С-реактивного белка и фибриногена). Проводили изу­чение интегральных клинико-лабораторных, соматометрических показателей. Оценивали индекс питатель-ного риска.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> У онкологических паллиативных пациентов отмечено статистически значимое снижение концентрации гемоглобина, лимфоцитов, альбумина. Выявлена активация системного воспаления, проявляющаяся гиперфибриногенемией и повышением уровня С-реактивного белка. Изучение соматометрических показателей выявило статистически значимое снижение индекса массы тела, окружности плеча, толщины кожно-жировой складки плеча, тенденцию к снижению тощей массы тела. При оценке индекса питательного риска у 22 (20,8%) обследованных пациентов обнаружена лёгкая нутритивная недостаточность, у 28 (26,4%) — признаки тяжёлой трофологической недостаточности. Максимальная диагностическая значимость показателя С-реактивного белка для прогнозирования наличия трофологической недостаточности зафиксирована при 80,4% чувствительности и 52,7% специфичности (AUC=0,671, 95% доверительный интервал 0,573–0,759, р=0,001), что соответствовало пороговому значению содержания С-реактивного белка 31 мг/л.</p> <p><bold>Вывод.</bold> У 50 (47,2%) обследованных пациентов отмечены признаки нутритивной недостаточности, статистически значимое снижение концентрации гемоглобина, лимфоцитов, альбумина, активация системного воспаления, проявляющаяся гиперфибриногенемией и повышением уровня С-реактивного белка; выявлена статистически значимая взаимосвязь между уровнем С-реактивного белка и наличием нарушений трофологического статуса.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>nutritional insufficiency</kwd><kwd>systemic inflammation</kwd><kwd>palliative care</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нутритивная недостаточность</kwd><kwd>системное воспаление</kwd><kwd>паллиативная помощь</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Khoronenko V.E., Sergienko A.D., Mandryka E.A., Yagubyan R.S., Khomyakov V.M., Ryabov A.B.
